Job description

As a CRM Specialist, you will lead technical implementation and optimization of Sales and Service CRM platforms. This role focuses on configuring systems, developing custom features, and ensuring CRM solutions align with business requirements.

Key responsibilities

· Configure and customize CRM modules for Sales and Service workflows.

· Develop automation, dashboards, and reporting tools within CRM.

· Conduct system audits and ensure data integrity and compliance.

· Collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver technical solutions.

· Provide advanced user support and training in CRM functionalities.

· Support marketing and sales teams with campaign management, customer segmentation, and targeted outreach.

· Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar platforms preferred.

· Coordinate integrations with marketing automation, analytics, and other business systems.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.

· 3-5 years of experience in CRM administration or development.

· Proven experience with CRM platforms.

· Strong knowledge of SQL and data architecture.

· Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.

· Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

· Ability work collaboratively w/cross-functional teams

· Ability to train/support staff

Preferred Skills

· Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, Apex).

· Knowledge of workflow automation and BPM tools.

· Understanding security and GDPR compliance.
