Infrastructure engineer

We're seeking an Infrastructure Support Engineer to support and maintain a complex IT environment. This is a hands-on role where you'll work across Servers, networks, and infrastructure, ensuring performance, stability, and security. What you'll be doing:

• Support Servers, networks, and on-prem infrastructure
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and directory services using Active Directory
• Monitor system health and respond to incidents and outages
• Perform patching, upgrades, and routine maintenance
• Support virtualised environments (VMware/Hyper-V)
• Assist with infrastructure projects and continuous improvements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an infrastructure or IT support role
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and networking fundamentals
• Experience with Active Directory and user management
• Familiarity with virtualisation technologies (VMware or Hyper-V)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
