Job description
An iconic and reputable organisation is looking for an Ecommerce Content Executive to join the team initially on a 6-month fixed term basis to support the day-to-day running of their e-commerce sites across a portfolio of well-known brands.
The working hours are Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:00 and Friday 08:30 to 15:00 and the client does offer the opportunity to work from home occasionally.
General duties of Ecommerce Content Executive include:
· Upload and maintain product listings across multiple e-commerce websites
· Manage product catalogue updates, including descriptions, imagery, specifications and pricing
· Support the implementation of promotional campaigns, homepage updates and seasonal content
· Assist with product launches and new range uploads
· Ensure all website content is accurate, consistent and aligned with brand guidelines
· Implement on-site merchandising updates including category pages and featured products
· Conduct quality assurance checks across the website to ensure product information and content display correctly
· Work closely with marketing, product and creative teams to ensure campaigns are reflected on-site
· Support content audits and website housekeeping
· Assist with basic SEO optimisation for product and category pages
Requirements
Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, · Excellent communication, written and numeracy skills
· Confident writing style, excellent punctuation and grammar and appreciation of tone of voice
· Knowledge of CMS systems and eCommerce principles (e.g. SEO) would be an advantage
· HTML and Google Analytics skills desirable
· A positive outlook and desire to work hard but have fun doing so
· MS Office user (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
· Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop desirable but not necessary
· Willingness to work in a busy office
· Results focussed
· Excellent organisational skills - able to effectively manage conflicting priorities
