Job description
As Digital Content & Marketing Executive, you will support the end-to-end delivery of content, email campaigns, CRM activity, design work, and multi-channel initiatives. You will play a key role in growing our online audience, improving engagement, and producing high-quality digital content that supports recruitment, sales, and brand visibility. Tools you will use:

PowerPoint for BD and internal decks Key responsibilities as Digital Content & Marketing Executive:

Manage and grow channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Groups, and emerging platforms like Instagram and TikTok), creating engaging posts, visuals, and job adverts while building a bank of reusable templates.

Build and schedule email campaigns including newsletters, job alerts, and automated nurture flows using the CRM.

Segment CRM audiences to deliver targeted communications while maintaining clean, accurate, and up-to-date data.

Design branded marketing assets such as graphics, job adverts, brochures, infographics, and internal presentations.

Support multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, and events, creating promotional materials and coordinating activity with internal teams.

Monitor social media, email performance, competitor activity, and audience trends to optimise activity.

Produce weekly reports on engagement, campaign performance, and registrations, sharing insights and recommendations with leadership.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or similar OR equivalent hands-on experience in digital marketing or social media.
- Previous experience managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Strong design capability using Canva (with Adobe or Figma as an advantage).
- Confident copywriting skills for social media, email marketing, and basic web content.
- Experience using email marketing platforms and CRM systems for segmentation, campaign setup, and maintaining accurate data.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance using basic analytics and produce clear performance reports.
- Experience supporting multi-channel activity, ideally with some exposure to paid social or analytics tools such as GA4.
