Job description

Our client is a well-established non-profit operating in the education sector, focused on improving the social and emotional development of children and young people. It has built a strong reputation for promoting inclusive education through a whole-school approach, working closely with schools to remove barriers to learning. The successful candidate will work closely with the Systems Manager and cross-functional teams such as Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Partnerships., * Administer and maintain Salesforce (user roles, permissions, fields, page layouts, custom objects)

  • Build and optimize flows, automations, reports, and dashboards
  • Ensure data accuracy through cleansing and governance practices
  • Troubleshoot system issues and implement secure changes
  • Support system updates, sandbox testing, and deployment processes
  • Provide user support, training, and guidance to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to improve CRM processes and data flows

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Salesforce Administration or similar roles
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, flows, workflows)
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data management
  • Familiarity with integrations (e.g., Zapier) and data tools (e.g., Data Loader)
  • Understanding of information security and data governance
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in non-profit or education sector (preferred but not required)
