Job description

  • Designing and building Salesforce applications
  • Customising workflows and automation processes
  • Integrating Salesforce with external systems
  • Troubleshooting and debugging issues
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders
  • Enhancing user experience and optimising data workflows
  • Developing dashboards and analytics tools
  • Staying current with Salesforce technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred for advanced roles)
  • Maths and English qualification (or equivalent Level 2)
  • Understanding of education sector processes (e.g., admissions and enrolment)
  • Experience with Salesforce platform implementation and customisation
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • (Desirable) Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, App Builder, or Administrator
