We are seeking a motivated and professional Switchboard and Helpdesk Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and staff, providing essential support and ensuring smooth communication across our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include operating the switchboard system, directing incoming calls to the appropriate departments, and efficiently handling inquiries and requests. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of calls and messages, ensuring confidentiality, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall experience for our stakeholders.
