eCommerce Analyst | 6 Month FTC | Up to £65,000 pro rata | Hybrid I'm currently recruiting for an eCommerce Analyst to join a major retail business on an initial 6 month fixed term contract. This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded digital analyst who can quickly get into the detail, identify what is driving online performance, and turn data into practical recommendations that improve results. This is not a reporting-only role. We're looking for someone who can diagnose performance issues and opportunities across the full eCommerce journey, including traffic quality, conversion, AOV, funnel drop-off, checkout behaviour, product performance, and trading activity. Requirements
type, brand, category, product type and price band Funnel analysis across PLP, PDP, basket and checkout Identifying on-site friction, traffic quality issues and conversion blockers Supporting CRO and experimentation with test hypotheses and measurement frameworks Providing insight to trading and merchandising teams on category, product and promotional performance Improving dashboards, reporting clarity and speed-to-insight Validating tracking and highlighting data quality issues What we're looking for: Proven experience as an eCommerce Analyst or Digital Analyst in a retail / consumer environment Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics Good understanding of GA4 Ability to explain why performance changed, not just report the numbers Strong commercial thinking and stakeholder engagement skills SQL and dashboarding experience would be highly beneficial This role would suit someone who is confident working at pace, comfortable operating with minimal hand-holding, and able to deliver impact quickly in a fast-moving retail environment.
