About the role
As a Digital Design Engineer AI, you define concepts and architectures for next generation ICs for IoT, edge AI accelerator ICs and Health applications ICs. You take responsibility for design of high-performance, ultra-low-power digital signal processing modules.
Key responsibilities

Develop digital architectures and handle RTL development for ASIC and FPGA.

Make critical trade-offs for minimizing power consumption while optimizing performance and keeping costs low.

Collaborate with the digital back-end team for synthesis and physical implementation.

Engage in the verification process and experimentally validate and characterize your designs in a lab environment.

Understand and translate customer needs into effective design solutions.

Contribute to high-quality reports and ensure comprehensive documentation.
Requirements
We're seeking a skilled Digital IC Design Engineer with an MSc or PhD in electronics engineering and over 5 years of relevant experience.
You should excel in digital circuit design using (System) Verilog, and ideally have experience with:
- Hardware efficient AI accelerators
- Event-driven computing and multi-core systems
- Hardware modelling and CPU design
- Digital verification methodologies
