Job description
As School Data Manager, you will:
- Lead on the management, analysis, and reporting of whole-school data
- Maintain and develop the school's MIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Produce detailed reports for SLT, governors, and external agencies
- Oversee census returns and statutory reporting
- Support assessment cycles, progress tracking, and performance analysis
- Train and support staff in the effective use of data systems

- Strong working knowledge of ARBOR (essential)
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills

- Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively with senior leaders
