Job description
We're looking for an experienced HR Systems Manager to lead the optimisation, stability, and continuous improvement of our HR technology landscape. Reporting to the Head of HR Systems & Analytics, you'll manage a team of HR Systems Administrators and oversee day-to-day operations across our core HR platforms, including Oracle, Cornerstone, and other HCM technologies, as well as supplementary business systems such as ePayslips, Agiito and benefits platforms.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Cornerstone and Oracle (or other enterprise HCM platforms), along with the ability to drive system enhancements, oversee releases and upgrades, deliver technical support, and maintain high standards of data quality, compliance, and service delivery.

Playing a key role in Business Continuity planning, risk management, and ensuring our platforms remain secure, resilient, and GDPR compliant. You'll also collaborate closely with HR, IT, Finance, Data Governance and external partners, acting as a trusted advisor and championing a systems-first culture that empowers users through effective tools, training, and support.
Requirements
- Degree-level education or equivalent, plus relevant HR, systems, or project qualifications (e.g., CIPD, PRINCE2, PMP, Oracle/Cornerstone certifications).
