E-Commerce Executive - Global Sports Nutrition Brand - Brighton - 1-2 days office based - up to £35,000 (DOE) + Bonus & Benefits

Step into a newly created E-Commerce Executive role and help supercharge the online growth of an established global sports nutrition brand.

The role:

You will own the day-to-day trading of our two Shopify Plus D2C stores, making sure products, pricing and promotions are always accurate, optimised and ready to convert. You'll keep the onsite experience sharp and engaging by updating content, writing compelling product descriptions, improving merchandising and constantly looking for ways to remove friction from the customer journey.

Alongside this, you'll take charge of our email marketing - building and scheduling promotional, educational and product-led campaigns in Klaviyo (or similar), and helping refine automated flows that boost engagement, conversion and retention. You'll support smooth product launches end to end, from setting up product pages with the right features and benefits, to ensuring campaigns land perfectly on site and in inboxes.

Day to Day duties":

  • Owning daily website trading for our Shopify Plus stores, including product, pricing and promotion updates and basic data cleaning and analysis in Excel (pivot tables, exports, filters).
  • Monitoring performance metrics such as conversion rate, product performance, average order value and discount usage, and using insights to recommend actions.
  • Continuously improving onsite experience and SEO: refreshing content and messaging, fixing broken links or missing metadata, and publishing blogs and articles that grow organic traffic and brand awareness.
  • Planning, building and sending email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo or Mailchimp, writing engaging copy that turns interest into sales and repeat customers.
  • Managing web projects such as banner refreshes, new landing pages and seasonal updates, with clear timelines and stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborating with Brand, Creative, Planning and Customer Service teams, turning feedback and reviews into concrete site and email improvements.

Requirements

You're detail-obsessed, spotting small errors before customers do, and you take real pride in delivering accurate, on-time work. You enjoy process, are happy with some repetitive tasks, and like building and following simple SOPs to keep everything running smoothly.

At the same time, you're creative and commercial: you love copywriting, trying new ideas, testing different approaches and seeing the impact in the numbers. You think like a customer, understand what makes a great online experience, and are confident taking ownership of your workload.

Your experience:

  • 1.5-2+ years' experience in a similar ecommerce or digital marketing role.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus.
  • Confident with Excel (pivot tables and basic analysis).
  • Experience with CRM/email platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
  • Strong content skills - ideally blogs, articles, website content or social media.
  • Exposure to consumer-facing channels (blogs, email, social media) and an understanding of how customers behave online.
