To learn more about the company, please check our website www.comfone.com, We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our dedicated development team. Your main tasks

• Develop scalable backend solutions for large-scale data processing
• Engage in the full life-cycle application development, including user requirements, specifications, design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and maintenance
• Implement high-quality, reusable, and well-tested software solutions using object-oriented programming languages such as Java

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; 2-6 years of experience.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, preferably in Java.
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks like JUnit., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline, or a completed apprenticeship in computer science with a Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence
• 2-6 years of professional experience in backend development, ideally with a strong focus on Java
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, preferably using Java
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit
• Strong knowledge of database systems; experience with MongoDB is considered an advantage
• Familiarity with technologies such as Spring Boot, Kafka, and Flink is beneficial
• Experience working with Big Data or large-scale data processing environments is a plus
• A proactive mindset with a sense of ownership, demonstrating initiative in improving systems and optimizing processes.
• Good knowledge of the English language (written and verbal); additional languages are an advantage
• Swiss or EU/EFTA citizen (with a work permit B or C)
