Job description
- Hands-on support of BAU operations across production applications and integrations
- Support .NET applications, AWS environments, and Salesforce (incl. Salesforce Shield)
- Manage incidents, service requests, and changes within SLA targets
- Perform root cause analysis and drive issue resolution
- Monitor system health, performance, and service stability
- Support integrations, APIs, and smaller application ownership (end-to-end)
- Coordinate across business, engineering, infrastructure, and vendors
- Maintain SOPs, run books, and operational documentation
- Support release, change, and deployment activities
- Contribute to governance, reporting, and compliance
Requirements
- Highly hands-on, execution-focused doer
- Comfortable working at pace and delivering across multiple tasks
- Proactive, able to take initiative with minimal oversight
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and adaptable mindset
Key Skills:
- Application Support & Production Operations
- ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change Management)

Experience:
- 3-6 years in Application Support/Operations in an enterprise environment
- Experience with CRM/Sales Service systems and integrations
- Understanding of service lifecycle and deployment processes
