  • Retain and delight existing customers
  • Drive clinical excellence and adoption of our surgical portfolio
  • Identify and support growth opportunities within and beyond your current accounts

What To Expect:

Champion clinical excellence & customer success

  • Provide advanced applications support to existing Hologic Surgical customers in your territory
  • Work side by side with surgeons, theatre teams and clinical staff to ensure safe, efficient use of our technologies
  • Troubleshoot application issues in real time and escalate where necessary

Deliver engaging training & education

  • Train new and existing customers on the Surgical product portfolio, adapting your style to different levels and roles
  • Conduct in-theatre and in-clinic training sessions that are practical, engaging and confidence-building
  • Run refresher and optimisation sessions to help teams get the very best from our systems

Drive growth within your territory

  • Identify opportunities to increase utilisation and expand adoption within existing accounts
  • Gather insights from competitive sites to highlight potential new opportunities
  • Support the commercial team at conferences, workshops and trade shows as a clinical and applications expert

Collaborate across the business

  • Work closely with Sales, Field Service Engineering, Marketing, Technical Solutions and Customer Service
  • Act as the "Voice of the Customer" inside Hologic - feeding back insights, needs and ideas for improvement
  • Contribute to local strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, retention and growth

Operate as a trusted, field-based specialist

  • Manage your own schedule across multiple hospital sites in and around London (and beyond when required)
  • Balance case support, training, follow-ups and administrative responsibilities effectively
  • Maintain a professional, calm and supportive presence in high-pressure clinical environments

Requirements

Do you have experience in Salesforce?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Radiology, Nursing or a related field

  • Strong, hands-on experience in a surgical/clinical setting and advanced experience with clinical applications in your field
  • Solid understanding of theatre/OR workflows and multidisciplinary teamwork
  • Competent with Hologic (or comparable) medical device systems; eager to become an expert in our Surgical portfolio
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce CRM and Oracle ERP is a strong plus
  • Awareness of local medical device and clinical training accreditation requirements and commitment to quality and compliance
