Job description

  • Support the maintenance and operation of applications used in our Primary (GP, Physio, Health Assessments) and Fitness & Wellbeing (Gyms) services.
  • Triage and respond to ServiceNow Support tickets.
  • Collaborate with team members to address challenges and implement improvements.
  • Assist in day-to-day administration and user support for our applications
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for technology processes and configurations.
  • Assist in developing and delivering training materials for end-users on applications managed by the squad.
  • Assist in data cleaning and quality assurance activities as needed.

Requirements

We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Technology Application Support Specialist to join our Primary Care Squad. This entry level role is the first step on our technology career pathway and is ideal for someone eager to grow their skills in application management., * Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Motivated to resolve problems and understand root cause of an issue
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of working with applications within a support role would be advantageous.
