About the role As an ICT Observability Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining observability platforms and telemetry pipelines across hybrid environments, including both cloud and on-premise systems. Your work will involve instrumenting systems and applications using OpenTelemetry to collect logs, metrics, and traces., Build and optimize dashboards, alerts, and service maps to monitor performance and reliability Support incident analysis and root cause identification through observability data. Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, and application teams to improve monitoring, automation, and service visibility.
Requirements
We are looking for a proactive and analytical ICT Observability Engineer with strong experience in observability tools and frameworks. Expertise in OpenTelemetry, SigNoz, Prometheus, and Grafana. Solid understanding of monitoring concepts including logs, metrics, traces, and alerting. Experience in hybrid and cloud environments such as Kubernetes, containers, and distributed systems. Scripting or automation proficiency with Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Familiarity with ITSM or incident management tools like ServiceNow and SLO/SLA/SLI principles. Strong communication skills to work effectively across technical teams.
