Acting as a strategic advisor, you'll oversee large-scale implementation programmes and lead teams that deliver future-proof technology solutions to improve performance, secure long-term revenue, and maintain competitive advantage. What You'll Do Deliver Complex Programmes: Lead high-value IT transformation initiatives, overcoming complex challenges while maintaining delivery excellence in timing, budget, and quality. Advise Top Financial Clients: Collaborate with senior leadership to introduce scalable architectures, modern AI technologies, and flexible delivery models that unlock new business potential. Drive Digital Strategy: Oversee end-to-end project planning and execution across multiple business functions and technical domains. Lead Global Teams: Assemble and coordinate the right skills from international delivery centres, internal experts, and external alliance partners to strengthen your delivery team. What You'll Bring

A degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field Strong understanding of the full software delivery lifecycle, including business analysis, development, testing, and deployment Expertise in at least one core banking domain: payments, lending, risk management, or regulatory compliance Experience managing large IT implementation programmes, working with international teams, and overseeing performance, contracts, and stakeholder relationships Fluency in German and English with strong communication and presentation skills
