You'll lead the implementation of cloud-based SAP S/4HANA architectures, ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery while aligning with business objectives. This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with flexible working models to support your preferred style. Start date: Autumn 2025 What You'll Do Lead Transformations: Drive major digital change across a variety of industries. Oversee large-scale SAP projects spanning strategy, delivery, and operational execution. Advise Enterprise Leaders: Work closely with executive teams, showcasing how flexible delivery models and modern SAP solutions can unlock value. Enable Delivery Excellence: Represent excellence in execution. Coordinate end-to-end SAP project portfolios across technology and business functions. Around 7 years of experience managing large-scale SAP programmes (ideally as a project or programme manager) Experience defining SAP S/4HANA transformation roadmaps Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks Excellent leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills Fluent in both German and English
