Job description

I'm working with a well-established manufacturing business looking for an IT / ERP Support Analyst to join their onsite team.

This is a hands-on role supporting day-to-day operations across ERP and business systems.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting users across ERP and internal systems
  • Troubleshooting issues across applications and hardware
  • Working closely with operations, finance, and warehouse teams
  • Supporting system updates and improvements

Requirements

  • Experience in IT support or ERP support
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in an office-based environment
  • Any exposure to manufacturing or ERP systems is a bonus
