IT Support Engineer , you will play a key role in delivering high-quality technical support to a diverse client base. This role combines remote support with regular onsite visits, providing variety and hands-on experience across different environments. Requirements
IT Support Engineer , you will have at least 2-3 years' experience in an IT support role, ideally within a Managed Service Provider environment, with strong technical knowledge across Microsoft technologies, networking, and end-user support. You will be a confident problem solver with excellent communication skills and a client-first approach, able to build strong relationships while delivering high-quality service. You will be organised, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and professionalism at all times.
