- Supporting senior analytical scientists with sample analysis to generate high-quality data for project decision-making
- Performing sample purification, product quantification, and product quality analysis, including techniques such as:
- Protein A HPLC (PrA HPLC)
- Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC)
- CE-SDS
- icIEF
- Preparing solutions, including analytical buffers, media, and feed
- Conducting monthly mycoplasma testing
- Maintaining smooth lab operations through stock checks, instrument calibrations, and general housekeeping
- Collaborating closely with multiple R&D teams to improve recombinant protein manufacturing workflows
- Keeping accurate, timely records aligned with quality standards
- Staying informed on relevant scientific literature
- Contributing ideas to support the development of new analytical methods and technologies
