We are looking for a highly organised and dependable Business Support Coordinator to support the Managing Director and help coordinate the smooth running of our busy arboricultural business.
This role would suit someone proactive, detail-focused and confident handling multiple priorities, who enjoys working closely with leadership in a professional and fast-moving environment.

- Screen incoming calls, emails and correspondence
- Draft and respond to emails, reports and documents
- Provide a clear and friendly first point of contact for customers
Meeting Coordination
- Coordinate meetings
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on agreed actions
Administrative Support
- Maintain organised filing systems and records
- Spreadsheet management and general documentation
- Process orders and update job schedules
Project & Office Support
- Coordinate with different departments and operational teams
- Support general office management activities when required
Inductions & Finance Support
- Assist the Managing Director with employee induction administration
- Support basic finance administration and record keeping
Confidentiality & Professionalism
- Handle sensitive information with discretion
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
We are looking for someone reliable, organised and positive, who enjoys supporting a team and keeping systems running efficiently.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Time management?, * Around 1 year or more experience in office administration, customer service or a similar role
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail
- Confidence managing emails and customer requests
- Comfortable using Google Sheets and general IT systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- A clear and friendly telephone manner
- A willingness to learn and contribute
Desirable (but not essential)
- An interest in or knowledge of the arboricultural, construction or grounds maintenance sectors
- Experience using AI tools to support social media posts or website blogs
