Job description
- Manage day-to-day operations of global IT infrastructure services, providing monitoring, support, and escalation of complex technical issues across a global environment.
- Monitor infrastructure services, respond to alerts, and take proactive measures to ensure high availability of systems and network services.
- Act as an escalation point for global support teams on operational issues.
- Manage incidents using ITSM frameworks and platforms such as ServiceNow.
- Perform operational procedures, including hardware/software installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Support backup, restore, and storage allocation processes, ensuring operational standards are met.
Requirements

Demonstrated passion for infrastructure technology operations.

Experience working within a 3rd line or advanced IT operations support role. Experience with Infrastructure technologies such as Windows, Linux, Networking etc.

As part of a follow-the-sun model, the role requires one week per month of flexible hours to support global IT operations.
