We're looking for a Norwegian-speaking Technical Customer Support Advisor to join our team in sunny Tenerife! Could this be the opportunity for you?
In this role, you'll provide world-class customer service and technical support for a fast-growing start-up in the Norwegian market. Your main focus will be to help customers solve their issues and deliver excellent service via phone and email.
Your Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service and support, both individually and as part of a team
Deliver high-quality solutions through clear communication and analytical troubleshooting, coordinating with customers and installers
Handle confidential information with care and professionalism
Maintain a high standard of service and quality in all interactions
Manage inquiries via phone and email
Proactively ensure all customer requests are handled efficiently
Perform additional administrative or support-related tasks as needed
Requirements
Previous experience in communication and customer service
Strong technical understanding and troubleshooting skills
Comfortable working with computers and digital tools
Good organizational and analytical abilities
Problem-solving mindset and a genuine service-oriented attitude
Team player who contributes to a positive and productive environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
