A UK-based renewable energy company specialising in providing ongoing maintenance services for solar PV systems.
Your new role
Looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused and detail-oriented Maintenance Co-Ordinator with prior experience to join our small team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors and external suppliers to gather, validate and manage all operational data required across the business.
- Process and review site reports submitted by various subcontractors, ensuring all information is accurately captured, updated and recorded within the CRM system.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies by liaising directly with subcontractors, ensuring issues are corrected promptly and recorded appropriately.
- Coordinate with external monitoring companies, tracking cases from initial report through to resolution, ensuring clear communication and timely case closure.
- Co-manage and maintain the subcontractor metering stock sheet, ensuring stock levels are accurate, up to date and monitored regularly.
- Raise purchase orders for stock and equipment, following internal procurement processes and ensuring all requests are documented correctly.
- Organise technician schedules, coordinate diaries, book appointments and ensure field technicians have all required information to complete work efficiently.
- Collect, analyse and cleanse operational data to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the CRM system, supporting effective reporting and decision-making.

- Prior maintenance coordination experience desired
- Excellent Excel skills
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
- Confident and friendly phone manner
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Complaints handling experience
- Salesforce/CRM Software experience
- Previous Solar/Renewable Energy knowledge
