The Audit Rotation Program
This three-fased program is designed to accelerate your development into a IT auditor:
- Fase 1: Onboarding, mentorship, and foundational training in Rabobank's risk and audit landscape.
- Fase 2: Deepen your expertise through hands-on audit execution and professional certifications.
- Fase 3: Lead audits, mentor new participants, and prepare for a leadership role outside of Audit.

Requirements
- Foundational knowledge of IT systems, databases, networks, and information security concepts.
- Understanding of IT controls frameworks and risk-based auditing (e.g., COSO, COBIT, ISO 27001 concepts).
- Analytical skills with Excel; exposure to SQL, Python, Power BI, or audit analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
- Relevant degree or early-career experience in IT, information systems, accounting, audit, or cybersecurity.
Success measures
- Accurate control testing and well-supported audit evidence.
- Actionable insights that improve IT risk management and audit efficiency., * Academic working and thinking level (master's degree).
- Strong IT technical or software development knowledge and/or background.
- At least 3 years of work experience in or affinity with IT (audit).

- Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,024 and EUR 5,747 (scale 08) for a 36-hour work week.
