Job description

  • Provide first-line IT support to users via phone, email, and helpdesk ticketing systems
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues
  • Log and track support requests, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
  • Escalate complex technical problems to senior IT staff when required
  • Assist with setting up computers, devices, and user accounts
  • Support system upgrades, maintenance tasks, and IT-related projects

Requirements

Our client, a dynamic and growing organisation, is looking for a motivated Helpdesk Analyst to join their IT team.
