Job description
- Provide first-line IT support to users via phone, email, and helpdesk ticketing systems
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Log and track support requests, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
- Escalate complex technical problems to senior IT staff when required
- Assist with setting up computers, devices, and user accounts
- Support system upgrades, maintenance tasks, and IT-related projects
Requirements
