Job description

We are looking for a proactive supervisor to lead the Housing Business Support Administrative team. You will ensure high standards of service delivery while supporting the wider Housing Resident Services team during a busy 9-month period., * Manage and develop a team of up to 3 Business Support Officers.

  • Leading evidence gathering, creating timelines, and drafting responses.
  • Triage damp, mould, and disrepair reports to prioritise repairs.
  • Act as a Data Protection lead, handling FOI and Subject Access Requests.
  • Provide support to the Customer Service and Operational Planning teams, including handling telephone, web, and email enquiries during peak periods.

Requirements

  • Education: A-Level or equivalent (Essential); NVQ Level 3 in Business (Desirable).
  • Experience: Proven track record in office administration and team supervision.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and experience with complaint management.
  • Attributes: Highly flexible, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a strong communicator.
