Job description
1.Assist clients with onboarding and support their integration with the system's APIs to ensure seamless data connectivity;
2.Gain in-depth understanding of business operations and system functionalities to resolve issues encountered by local business colleagues during daily system usage;

Conduct targeted training and coaching based on collected issues to enhance business colleagues' understanding of system features and optimize system utilization;

Collaborate with domestic technical teams to resolve ad-hoc operational issues;

Assist domestic product managers in researching local business conditions and system usage to drive feature adoption;

After project launch, coordinate with domestic technical departments and local business units for implementation and rollout;

Conduct local competitor or industry benchmarking to inform system enhancements(Optional).
Requirements

Educational or professional background in IT, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; prior technical support experience preferred;

Hands-on experience with API usage, integration, or troubleshooting;

Strong listening and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese;

Proactive and responsible work ethic with prompt response to urgent issues;

Strong teamwork, communication, and coordination skills; high stress tolerance and self-directed learning capabilities
