Production & IT Support Technician

We are seeking a versatile Production & IT Support Technician to support both IT systems and day-to-day production line activities. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop a blended skill set across IT and manufacturing.

This is a hands-on role combining approximately 30% IT support with 70% production assistance, ideal for someone who enjoys both technical troubleshooting and practical work in a very fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will:

• Assist with day to day production activities.
• Support Production teams with equipment setup and troubleshooting.
• Operate Production and Laser machines, support production schedule and complete orders as requested.
• Provide first-line IT support across hardware, software, and network systems.
• Support Operatives with production systems and software
• Liaise with external IT Providers where required.

Experience in a manufacturing or a production environment: Desirable

Knowledge of Inkscape and Photoshop: Desirable
