IT Support Analyst

We are looking for an experienced, technical, and personable IT Support Analyst to join our support team of 3 people (based in London) providing support to all users. The IT department consists of 12 people., * Support for our 7 offices - London, Cambridge, Guildford, Manchester, Tunbridge Wells, Bristol and Oxford. This includes assisting users when they are in the office and working from home.

• Hardware support including PCs, Laptops, Meeting Rooms (Zoom and Teams Rooms) and MFD's
• Software support including MS Office / Office 365, Zoom, Teams and Teams Telephony, DMS, Adobe, InterAction.

The ideal candidate will be able to empathise, adapt and have excellent analytical troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve problems methodically and logically. You will inspire confidence and be an excellent communicator at all levels, capable of dealing with people in a calm, effective and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a professional services environment, ideally in a law firm.
