Job description

As Change and Communications Lead, you'll play a central and meaningful role in shaping how transformation is experienced across the Finance Process & Change programme. Working closely with the Head of FP&C, you'll help create a sense of clarity, connection and confidence for colleagues as they navigate change - ensuring that new processes and ways of working feel accessible, supportive and genuinely embedded.

This is an opportunity to bring a thoughtful, people-centred approach to transformation. You'll design and guide change strategies that consider the human side of change, helping colleagues feel heard, supported and empowered. Alongside this, you'll nurture a cohesive and engaging communications approach for Finance - bringing clarity to complex topics, and fostering a culture of openness, trust and shared ownership.

You will

  • Shape and guide the change and communication approach for the FP&C programme, translating transformation goals into clear, people-focused plans
  • Lead business readiness and change activity, thoughtfully assessing impacts and supporting colleagues through transition
  • Create and nurture a joined-up, meaningful communications approach for Finance, tailored to different audiences
  • Develop a clear, holistic view of change across Finance, identifying risks, dependencies and opportunities to sequence change effectively and minimise change fatigue
  • Support and empower a team of Change & Communications Experts, encouraging collaboration, consistency and high-quality delivery

Requirements

  • A strong track record of leading large-scale change in complex environments, with a focus on engagement and inclusion
  • A deep understanding of change management, including behavioural change, business readiness and adoption approaches (e.g. ADKAR)
  • The ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging and accessible communications
  • A collaborative and empathetic approach to stakeholder engagement, with confidence to influence and guide senior leaders
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, alongside strong digital capability across tools such as PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint

Benefits & conditions

Salary: £58,100 - £87,100 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available, Enjoy discounts on private healthcare and gym memberships. Wellbeing benefits like a free online GP and 24/7 counselling service. Interest-free loans on tech and transport season tickets, or a new bike with our Cycle to Work scheme.
