This is an opportunity to bring a thoughtful, people-centred approach to transformation. You'll design and guide change strategies that consider the human side of change, helping colleagues feel heard, supported and empowered. Alongside this, you'll nurture a cohesive and engaging communications approach for Finance - bringing clarity to complex topics, and fostering a culture of openness, trust and shared ownership.

- Shape and guide the change and communication approach for the FP&C programme, translating transformation goals into clear, people-focused plans
- Lead business readiness and change activity, thoughtfully assessing impacts and supporting colleagues through transition
- Create and nurture a joined-up, meaningful communications approach for Finance, tailored to different audiences
- Develop a clear, holistic view of change across Finance, identifying risks, dependencies and opportunities to sequence change effectively and minimise change fatigue
- Support and empower a team of Change & Communications Experts, encouraging collaboration, consistency and high-quality delivery
Requirements
- A strong track record of leading large-scale change in complex environments, with a focus on engagement and inclusion
- A deep understanding of change management, including behavioural change, business readiness and adoption approaches (e.g. ADKAR)
- The ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging and accessible communications
- A collaborative and empathetic approach to stakeholder engagement, with confidence to influence and guide senior leaders
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, alongside strong digital capability across tools such as PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint
