IT Delivery Coordinator

As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will join an existing development squad within a Scrum environment for a consultancy mission at a client site. Operating in an IT/Infrastructure/Management context, your primary focus will be delivery, including preparation and tracking of releases, coordination and communication with stakeholders, and incident management. You will provide autonomous oversight of your perimeter/project, supporting the team with technical skills where relevant. A Product Owner is present within the squad but is overloaded, especially around releases, and there is no Scrum Master in place. You will carry out these responsibilities as a Keystone Solutions consultant working closely with the client., * Prepare and follow up on releases end to end, ensuring robust delivery.

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Manage incidents, drive resolution, and maintain service continuity.
• Provide release, delivery, and issue tracking, ensuring transparency and timely updates.
• Support the existing development team within a Scrum environment.
• Operate autonomously in managing your assigned perimeter/project.

Environment and Ways of Working:

• Scrum environment with an existing development team.

• Product Owner present but time-constrained, notably on releases.
• No Scrum Master in the squad., * Engage on-site with the client as a Keystone Solutions consultant, integrating with the squad to deliver outcomes while upholding Keystone Solutions standards.
• Partner closely with client stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and delivery excellence across releases and incident management.
