This is a consultancy mission delivered by Keystone Solutions at our client, a leading public university hospital environment in Brussels undergoing a major transformation of its information system to better support medical, operational, and administrative activities. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will serve as Head of IT Infrastructure & Operations, steering the evolution, reliability, and performance of the client s IT infrastructure in a critical hospital setting. The mission focuses on modernizing infrastructures, strengthening system resilience, and ensuring a high level of IT service availability., As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will operate on-site at the client location, working closely with their IT leadership and teams while backed by Keystone Solutions collective expertise. You will engage in diverse challenges typical of consultancy work, combining strategic direction and operational leadership. This model offers exposure to complex environments, cross-functional stakeholders, and mission-critical decision-making within healthcare operations., Architecture and Evolution of Infrastructures
- Define and evolve the technical architecture of the client s IT infrastructure.
- Define a coherent and scalable target architecture.
- Ensure the consistency of technology choices over time.
- Identify opportunities for simplification, modernization, and rationalization.
- Lead infrastructure projects (modernization, security, digitalization).
Performance and Reliability of IT Services
- Guarantee the availability, performance, and resilience of IT systems.
- Oversee operations related to systems, networks, workplace, telephony, and support.
- Implement performance indicators (SLA, KPI).
- Structure major incident management and business continuity processes.
Team Management and Organization
- Lead and support infrastructure, support, and helpdesk teams.
- Structure operating models and responsibilities.
- Develop a service-oriented and accountability-driven culture.
Security and Compliance
- Strengthen the security of IT infrastructures.
- Contribute to compliance with the NIS2 directive.
- Structure procedures and documentation.
- Participate in IT risk management.
Partner and Vendor Management
- Manage IT vendors and partners.
- Monitor service delivery performance.
- Ensure clear reporting to the client s IT management.
All responsibilities above will be performed as a Keystone Solutions consultant, embedded with the client s teams under our consultancy model.
Priority Deliverables (First Months):
Infrastructure Diagnostic and Roadmap
- Diagnostic of the existing infrastructure.
- Identification of risks and weaknesses.
- Definition of an evolution roadmap.
Operational Model (Run) Reinforcement
- Structuring of operations processes.
- Clarification of internal and vendor responsibilities.
- Implementation or reinforcement of ITSM processes.
NIS2 Compliance
- Assessment of current maturity.
- Identification of compliance gaps.
- Definition of a compliance plan.
- Implementation of required technical measures.
Performance and Steering
- Implementation of KPIs and SLAs.
- Structuring of operational reporting.
- Improved visibility for the client s IT leadership., * Operate on-site at client locations as a Keystone Solutions consultant, fully embedded in mission-critical environments while supported by our consulting community.

- Role: Senior IT Infrastructure Manager (most recent experience 1 to 3 years ago).
- Incident & Problem Management: Advanced level (most recent experience this year).
- IT Infrastructure Architecture: Expert level (most recent experience this year).
- IT Infrastructure Operations: Expert level (most recent experience this year).
- IT Infrastructure Transformation: Advanced level (most recent experience 1 to 3 years ago).
- IT Security & Infrastructure Protection: Advanced level (most recent experience 1 to 3 years ago).
- IT Service Management (ITIL): Advanced level (most recent experience 1 to 3 years ago).
- Network & Systems Infrastructure: Advanced level (most recent experience 1 to 3 years ago).
- Team Leadership in IT Infrastructure: Expert level (most recent experience this year).
- Vendor & Service Delivery Management: Advanced level (most recent experience 1 to 3 years ago).
Languages:
- Dutch or French: Native or bilingual proficiency.
- English: Professional working proficiency.
Benefits & conditions
- Initial 6-month contract, renewable in successive 6-month periods based on project progress and client needs.
- Mission foreseen for approximately one year.
- The mission can be extended for a maximum duration (initial term included) of 880 working days.
