Job description
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco switching infrastructure
- Implement and maintain Palo Alto firewalls (policies, VPNs, threat prevention)
- Manage Cisco ISE for network access control (NAC, 802.1X)
- Install and commission network equipment on-site in a 24/7 environment
- Support network expansions, migrations, and optimization initiatives
- Monitor performance, resolve incidents, and maintain documentation
Requirements
- Experience as a Network Engineer (medior level)
- Strong knowledge of Cisco switching (VLANs, STP, routing protocols)
- Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama
- Hands-on experience with Cisco ISE (NAC, 802.1X, profiling)
- Experience in industrial or 24/7 environments is a strong plus
- Structured, independent, and quality-focused working style
- VCA certified or willing to obtain quickly
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English
