You should have:
- Solid commercial experience programming with object-oriented languages such as Java, C#, or PHP
- Front-end expertise with tools like Vue.js, React, Angular, SASS, or LESS
- Hands-on experience with Node.js
- Knowledge of web server tech (Nginx, Apache)
- Strong understanding of scalable database design using MySQL or Hibernate/JPA
- A proactive, positive approach with a genuine passion for creating exceptional digital products
- The confidence to take ownership of project delivery and lead by example within a multi-disciplinary team
- Curiosity and ambition - keen to keep learning frameworks like modern Java, .NET Core, Blazor, Ionic, and more
