Job description

  • First-Line Support: Act as the initial point of contact for logging IT and resolving issues
  • Ticket Management: Accurately record, prioritise, and track support requests using a helpdesk system, ensuring timely updates and resolution in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • User Account Administration: Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts, ensuring appropriate access to hospital systems while maintaining data security and compliance.

Requirements

  • Previous helpdesk experience ideally
