A YC backed startup who are helping insurance companies remove the hassle of managing claims by enabling them to outsource their claim operations are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join their team.

What will I be doing:

• Build AI systems that improve accuracy, speed up assessments, and enhance customer experience
• Work with insurance specialists to turn claims processes into AI-driven workflows
• Deploy solutions using LLMs, LangChain, and RAG at scale for insurers

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or research
• A proven track record of delivering AI/ML projects from concept to production, improving key company metrics
• Passion for shipping quickly and working with non-technical users
• Comfortable with chaos and fast-paced startup environment
• Strong skills in Machine Learning and TypeScript
