IT Processing Technician

Auditing and Processing

• Ensure accurate auditing of all relevant IT assets.
• Follow strict grading criteria.
• Upgrade hardware or replace hardware components as required.
• Repair customer or stock units using hardware as required.
• Project manage specific audits when required.
• Data wiping of IT and Hard Drive shredding.
• Ensure accurate selection of items for dispatch, including final checks for removal of Asset tags, and that data has been erased or Hard Disks shredded.
• Complete orders and all associated administration within specified timescales.

• Experience working with IT a benefit but not essential.
