Job description

TuConnext Workforce Ltd. is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Analyst to join our growing team in Caerphilly. This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies while supporting internal users and clients in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, devices, and applications
  • Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and documentation
  • Assist with system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance
  • Support user account management, access controls, and security protocols
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, solutions, and system changes
  • Contribute to process improvements and knowledge base documentation

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a technical support, IT support, or helpdesk role preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience with Active Directory or user access management
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure)
  • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+)
