Richfords Fire & Flood
Our purpose is giving people their lives back after fire and water damage to homes and businesses. While our operational teams deliver practical and technical work directly in customers' properties, our IT team plays a critical role behind the scenes - ensuring systems, tools and processes enable a fast and effective response.
The situations our customers face are often highly disruptive, with their normal lives put on hold. Everything we do as a business is focused on restoring that normality as quickly as possible. In IT, your work directly supports this by keeping systems running, resolving issues, and improving how we operate.
We are a values-based company, and of all our values, being Responsive is the most important. This value will shape your experience of working with us. It is essential that anyone joining the business connects strongly with this. Every role - including IT - is impacted by the need to respond quickly and effectively. As a 24-hour response company, incidents can happen at any time, and this can occasionally require flexibility outside of typical 9-5 working hours.
We offer an interesting and varied role with opportunities to learn new skills and be part of a supportive and energetic team. While the role is mainly office-based, the work can still be demanding. However, it offers real job satisfaction - your expertise will help remove barriers, improve systems, and support colleagues delivering critical services. In doing so, you will make a meaningful difference to people's lives.
