Job description
We are looking for a Junior to Medior Test Engineer for a long-term assignment within an IT team focused on railway traffic and customer solutions. The role supports applications related to train movement billing, collaborating with internal IT teams, business units, and external railway stakeholders to ensure high-quality and reliable systems.
Responsibilities Define, maintain, and execute test scenarios based on user stories Analyze test results and report defects in ALM Ensure follow-up of issues with developers and analysts until validation Contribute to test planning and quality assurance activities Support automation testing using tools such as Selenium or UFT Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and external stakeholders Ensure application reliability and operational safety
Requirements
2 to 5 years in software testing Experience in Agile/Scrum environments Experience in designing test cases based on functional requirements
Technical Skills Test management tools: HP ALM Basic test automation: Selenium, UFT Knowledge of SQL and scripting Familiarity with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Docker, Git Basic programming/scripting: VBScript, Python
Certifications ISTQB certification
Languages Dutch or French: C1 level Other national language: B2 level
