JuniotIT Support & Systems Assistant

You will support the daily IT operations across our office, working under the guidance of our Senior System Administrator., * Supporting the maintenance and basic administration of our Linux server

• (monitoring, updates, simple troubleshooting - senior will supervise)
• Providing first-line support for approx. 40 Windows workstations
• (password resets, software installs, connectivity issues, printer troubleshooting, etc.)
• Managing and updating our IT inventory (laptops, monitors, network gear, accessories)
• Helping colleagues with day-to-day IT questions and issues
• Creating and maintaining a knowledge base based on recurring issues
• Assisting in training employees to solve simple IT problems themselves
• Managing the IT support inbox and responding to tickets in a timely, friendly way
• Supporting the documentation of IT procedures, processes, and checklists
• Helping with daily facility tasks (optional add-on):
• Printer toner replacements
• Meeting room tech setups
• Maintaining shared IT equipment
• Liaising with suppliers (e.g., ISP, hardware vendors)

We are looking for a proactive Junior IT Support Engineer who loves solving problems, helping colleagues, and keeping our IT environment running smoothly. You don't need years of experience - just curiosity, responsibility, and a willingness to learn., * You have a strong interest in IT, systems, or networks

• Basic knowledge of Windows; Linux experience is a plus
• You enjoy solving problems and helping people
• You're organized, reliable, and eager to learn
• You communicate clearly (Dutch and English)
