Job description
This role will focus on the technical development and configuration of SAP HR systems, supporting both day-to-day operations and major transformation initiatives, including the ongoing rollout and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors and integration with core SAP S/4HANA systems., * Design, develop and support SAP HR solutions, ensuring they are robust, secure and aligned to business needs
- Configure and enhance SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g. Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll Recruiting, Onboarding)
- Develop and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA and third-party systems
- Work closely with HR, Payroll and Digital colleagues to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
- Support testing, release management and deployment of system enhancements
- Investigate and resolve system issues, providing support where required
- Contribute to system documentation, technical standards and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive SAP professional., * Proven experience developing and supporting SAP HR systems, ideally within a complex organisation
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and its integration with SAP ERP / S/4HANA
- Experience with SAP integration technologies (e.g. SAP BTP, CPI, APIs, data interfaces)
- Technical development experience (e.g. ABAP, reporting, enhancements, workflows or extensions)
- An understanding of HR and payroll business processes
- The ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in the public sector or large-scale transformation programmes would be an advantage.
