Global Head of IT

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Head of IT to lead the company's technology function and drive digital transformation across our global operations. This is a pivotal leadership role. The Global Head of IT will define and execute a global IT strategy, establishing a coherent and scalable architecture across manufacturing, service, and commercial operations. The role is accountable for ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient IT services across all sites, including cloud infrastructure, networks, and end-user computing. You will oversee enterprise systems, vendor management, and IT operations, ensuring platforms are fit for purpose and aligned to business needs. You will also lead cyber security and risk management programmes, ensuring compliance, resilience, and a strong culture of security awareness. A key part of the role is building and leading a high-performing IT function, developing talent, fostering collaboration, and embedding a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to ensure technology supports and enables business priorities and growth.

You will have proven experience in strategic IT leadership within a global or multi-site organisation, with a strong track record in enterprise systems, ERP, CRM, and digital transformation initiatives. You will bring expertise in cyber security and risk management, along with the ability to leverage data to support business decision-making. As a strategic and influential leader, you will be able to engage and inspire teams and senior stakeholders, build strong cross-functional relationships, and deliver outcomes with clarity and focus. You are adaptable and resilient, comfortable leading through change and ambiguity while aligning technology initiatives with broader business goals.
