We are very excited to be working with this company and supporting them with their recriutment of an IT Apprentice.

This is your chance to join a highly successful and reputable IT Support business based in Edinburgh with offices in Glasgow and Aberdeen. As an IT Support Apprentice, you will become an integral part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional customer support alongside cutting-edge IT, telecoms, connectivity, and cybersecurity solutions. The company's clients span both private and public sectors across Scotland, where the team ensure their businesses operate smoothly and efficiently.

About the Apprenticeship

This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn. You will work towards a nationally recognised IT qualification where you will be taken through your IT Apprenticeship by your own personal assessor from Elite Training. You will also have the opportunity to add further value to your apprenticeship by gaining industry recognised certifications.

You'll receive:

  • Ongoing support from experienced assessors at Elite Training
  • Day-to-day mentoring from your line manager
  • Hands-on experience across multiple areas of IT
  • Relevant IT Certifications

What You'll Be Doing

In this varied and practical role, you will:

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues
  • Assist with networking and structured cabling tasks
  • Support cybersecurity and telecoms solutions
  • Provide first-line IT support
  • Travel to client sites across Scotland to deliver hands-on technical support
  • Work closely with a skilled team to deliver excellent service

Requirements

Essential:
