Job description

You will be part of a team who perform a range of business support tasks to ensure the efficient delivery of services within the Early Years and Childcare Service. Our service incorporates the Suffolk Family Information Service. You will coordinate processes providing a range of administrative and financial duties supporting the delivery of services within the Early Years and Childcare Service., * You will manage specific processes including administrative, financial and IT procedures.

  • Identify opportunities to continually improve our service user experience and the effectiveness of our systems.
  • You will communicate with members of the public, childcare providers and other professionals giving them the information they need about our services., We will offer you a variety of experiences and you will work closely with colleagues and your manager. Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to delivering a high standard of customer care.
  • Experience of working with Microsoft packages, spreadsheets and databases.
  • The ability to work on your own initiative and to prioritise your own workload as well as being able to multi-task in a busy team.
